Training Protocols

Clothing

At all times when on a motorcycle the following must be worn:

An approved helmet which must be fastened at all times
Sturdy footwear or boots that offer ankle protection
A textile or leather jacket
Motorcycle gloves
A high viz fluorescent vest

(Please note any areas of exposed skin is not acceptable)

Student’s own motorcycle

If a student is using their own motorcycle it must be roadworthy, taxed, insured and MOTd if applicable

Experienced Students

Every student, irrespective of experience, will be assessed initially on a 125 cc motorcycle. It is the at the instructor’s discretion when a student can move on to a category A or A2 machine.

The Instructor’s word is final!
